CAMP RED CLOUD, South Korea — The Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion of the 2nd Infantry Division held an Easter Egg Hunt for its Soldiers and their children here March 30.

More than 100 children participated in the event that included an egg hunt, face painting, piñatas and a cook out.

Soldiers from HHBN were able to spend the afternoon with some special guests from Uijeongbu during this year’s event.

"It was really a blessing to be able to have our friends from the Northern Gyeonggi Temporary Shelter join our HHBN family for an afternoon of good food and good fun," said U.S. Army Capt. Benjamin Ahn, a 2nd ID chaplain. "Events like these highlight how much the relationship between 2nd ID and Uijeongbu means to us. To us, the city of Uijeongbu is just an extension of our family."
