Soldiers from the 210th Fires Brigade and 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division and the citizens of Dongducheon will clean portions of the Shin-cheon (stream) as part of an annual clean-up sponsored by the city of Dongducheon. Dongducheon Mayor Oh Sea-chang will also be there to encourage the workers.

The clean-up will take place under the Sangpae Bridge in front of Camp Casey’s main gate on March 22nd, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

This event will allow 210th Fires Brigade and 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team to support the Dongducheon community and work with our partners in the Dongucheon Volunteer Center, local ROK Army units, and citizens of Dongducheon City.

The 2nd Infantry Division is proud to be a member of the community. This event allows U.S. Soldiers and ROK citizens to work with and learn about each other, while improving the community where we live and work.
