ATTENTION NON-COMMAND SPONSORED SPOUSES – According to Captain Kathryn Sulkowski, OIC of the Humphreys Health Clinic, some Non-Command Sponsored Family members report that their FRG representative is telling them that Non-Command Sponsored dependents only receive Space-A treatment at the Clinic. Captain Sulkowski says “The Camp Humphreys Health Clinic will schedule appointments for Active Duty and their dependents (Command and Non-Command sponsored) as priority. Non-command sponsored dependents do need to in-process through TRICARE on the second floor of the clinic and complete paperwork to transition to TRICARE Plus.” She added that Non-Command sponsored dependents need to be aware that emergency and specialty care in the Korean hospitals or emergency rooms will be an “out-of-pocket expense.” The Camp Humphreys Clinic DOES NOT have an Emergency Room.
