Humphreys Central Elementary School is holding the school's first annual Family STEM night Thursday April 24, 2014 starting at 5:00 PM. STEM which stands for Science Technology Engineering and Math will be represented by fun hands-on activities for the whole family. Family STEM night will feature student science project displays, a trip into space in the Starlab planetarium, hands-on science experiments, math games, and engineering activities. On display will be video games and animations created by our student Tynker coding club members. There will also be a bouncy house and lots of games and prizes. Family STEM night is sponsored by the HCES STEM committee and prizes have been donated by the Army Corps of Engineers, PTSO, and Camp Humphreys Health Clinic.
