Navy Housing earns "A List Awards" for customer service excellence

WASHINGTON (NNS) -- Navy Housing is pleased to congratulate several installations recognized by their customers for their exemplary customer service in 2013 through the announcement of the A List Awards For Customer Service Excellence Jan. 16.

Each year CEL & Associates, Inc. compiles customer satisfaction survey data from thousands of properties. Since 1998, the A List Awards For Customer Service Excellence have been awarded in recognition of achieving a "Best In The Industry" rating for providing the highest level and quality of service in multifamily property management.

Navy Housing received a total of 34 A List Awards for Navy-managed properties, including eleven "Platinum" A List Awards for achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Installations receiving A List awards include: CFA Chinhae, NS Guantanamo Bay, Joint Region Marianas, NSA Naples, CFA Sasebo, NAS Sigonella, SCSC Wallops Island, and CFA Yokosuka.

"The A List Award is one of the highest honors those in the housing property management industry can receive. Receiving an A list award is important to Navy Housing professionals because it tells us that we are taking care of our Service members and their families by providing quality customer service and facility management, comparable to the industry's best," said William Pearson, acting CNIC N93 Housing Program Director. "Having our employees' hard work and dedication recognized by our customers is very rewarding and I offer my sincerest congratulations to all of the 2013 A List award winners."
