'Shero Anthem' sings praises of military wives

The Shero Anthem was inspired by the amazing military wives I have met as a fellow military spouse. I wanted to shine a light on the courageous women who honor and support their spouses in serving their country selflessly.

These phenomenal women, who are often referred to as the backbone of the Armed Forces, not only serve their spouses and families, but they also impact their communities by making a difference as volunteers within various organizations such as: DOD Schools, USO, Military One Source, Red Cross, Family Readiness Groups.

As Military spouses, we all come from different backgrounds, but we have a consistent thread that creates our bond as sisters and that is love.  We love our spouses and their resilience, courage, and strength. We love our families and we love our country. Essentially, we all have a story and I wrote the Shero Anthem to tell it.
