The Formal Board is a decisive event during the pivotal final moments of the 2nd ID/RUCD Best Warrior Competition, which is conducted to identify and recognize the most outstanding officer, warrant officer, non-commissioned officer, junior enlisted Soldier, and Korean Augmentation To the United States Army (KATUSA) within the division.
