NAF Employee Benefits website to close temporarily

Please be advised that the NAF Employee Benefits Website will be temporarily shutdown from close of business August 16 until midday August 20 (Central Standard Time). NAF HRO will send out notification when the website is back online.

The shutdown coincides with an effort to move the NAF Benefits database to Army servers. To that end, the NAF Benefits Office will be migrating the database to a location on Ft. Sam Houston. The purpose of this migration is to provide improved security of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Over the past few months we have tested the new site with a number of offices around the world to ensure the successful migration of the database.

And, as mentioned earlier, once you have been notified that the website is back online please log into the new site. Your passwords, processes, logins, user id's will remain the same except for the URL you will use for processing.

As part of the server migration the employee self service site will also move.

One we have been notified the website is up and running, we will forward you new links to the website.

Finally, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding/cooperation.
