On March 2, A CO conducted its key training exercise. It was initiated with a company EDRE. Once the company was mustered, leaders were given a WARNO to execute. The operation had 2 main lines of effort: ground force and mission flight. Ground consisted of convoy on post, ruck march, and 3 training sites with each focusing on a different task (CBRN, Medical, and Commo). Mission Flight consisted of reacting to an adhoc and dynamic mission tasking and planning/resourcing appropriately.

This operation tested the A Co’s mission readiness and helped the leadership to detect shortfalls. Identified defects will be use to further revise unit’s TTP.
