It has been featured on a number of popular Korean television shows since it first opened nearly 20 years ago.
New Start offers a wide range of all-organic, whole-grain dishes. Be sure to try the meat-free version of Korea’s popular bulgogi dish wrapped in fresh lettuce leaves. There is also a wide array of salads and Korean soups and side dishes, and the subtle seasonings do not overwhelm. Fresh fruit is available for dessert.
