Walk inside, and you’ll immediately be greeted by the big glass-door refrigerator containing fresh ingredients and a wide variety of cheese. Over by the semi-open kitchen, there are sacks of imported flour, bottles of olive oil on the counter, and equipment for making fresh pasta. Vegans will be delighted to know that the dough Trevia uses for their pizza is free of animal products; there are also several “no cheese” pizzas to choose from. Those having a hard time choosing which pizza to order can also opt for a half-and-half pizza. The crust is thin and crispy and the toppings are fresh. Expertly-prepared Spaghetti alla Marinara or Linguine con gameri are just some of the comforting plates of pasta offered on the menu. For a little bit of everything, try the lunch set, which comes with a salad, pizza, pasta, dessert and beverage.
