CAMP CASEY, Republic of Korea - Kyong Suk Kendall, the wife of Command Sgt. Maj. Cesar J. Zertuche, the outgoing command sergeant major of 1st Battalion, 38th Field Artillery Regiment, 210th Field Artillery Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, ROK-US Combined Division receives a bouquet of red roses during a change of responsibility ceremony, Feb. 8. The red roses symbolize the heart, care and devotion to the Steel battalion.
