Area I man on the street: Spc. Jeremy White
Our Question: As you know, summer is considered pretty much over and just nine days from now it’ll officially be fall. Before you came to Korea had you heard anything about its summer weather? If so, what had you heard, and now that the summer’s about done, how did it compare with what you’d expected?
“I’m very familiar with the summers here, and I know it’s hot, definitely know it’s hot, but it’s really beautiful. The scenery is really nice, in between fall to winter is really nice, because everything starts changing colors and the overall landscape feels different, and it’s very nice to be able to go hiking, travelling, sightseeing. This summer was definitely – it felt more humid – it was a little bit hotter than I remembered.”
