The old phrase "If you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life" may be cliché, but for Charles Blanch the Air Force has given him the chance to do something every day that he loves.

Staff Sgt. Charles Blanch is a Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) scheduler assigned to the 8th Maintenance Squadron. Blanch joined the Air Force nearly six years ago with the hopes of pursing his interest in electronics—lucky enough, he was able to start his career in PMEL.

When he is not scheduling, he is working in the back shop with the guys and gals, calibrating equipment or gaming in his off time. "I love what i do, I couldn't see myself doing any other job in the Air Force because it has allowed me to further explore my curiousity for electronics.

What was once an interest, is now love."
