Soldier in Korea takes his writing seriously
Anthony Kimble, who works at the USAG-Humphreys Religious Support Office, just published his fourth graphic science fiction book entitled Sanity! His goal is to reach both New York Times and Guinness Book of Records bestseller lists.
Question: What's your job?
Yes, I am a Religious Affairs Specialist (56M) in the United States Army.
Question: How long have you been doing the book thing?
I have been writing since 2008. It wasn't until December of 2012 when I decided to take my writing seriously; self-publishing my first of four books in a series December 4th, 2012.
Question: Do your coworkers know about your talent?
Everyone knows about my talents! I have so many friends and family supporting me that I had to create a Facebook page (@anthony.t.kimble) in order to stay in touch.
Question: How do you come up with your ideas?
That's a good one! I simply sit in front of my computer and let my fingers do all the talking. After a while I start to get angry, sometimes sad, often frustrated or revered, even catch myself in tears. Inevitably, I become what I write. Though I never venture too far into the madness and for good reason. I'm not too fond of sporting cotton jackets.
