The 2017 Hispanic Heritage Month Observance took place Sept. 29, at the USAG Yongsan Main Post Club to recognize the impact of the Hispanic heritage on shaping the bright future of America.

Garrison Commander Col. J. Scott Peterson and distinguished guests attended the observance.

Col. Luis M. Rivera, Eighth Army G35 Future Operations Director, delivered closing remarks about the positive influence of the Hispanic Heritage on the U.S. Army.
