African-American Observance 2018

Soldiers throughout Eighth Army come together for the African American/Black History Month observance at U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys (Camp Humphreys) South Korea, Feb. 23 to recognize the important contributions and achievements made by African-American Soldiers. The observance began with the Korean and U.S. National Anthem followed by a dance performance, a historical display, and comments from guest speaker Command Sergeant Major Steven L. Payton, United States Forces Korea command sergeant major.
