Professor Vernet A. Joseph, founder of Productive Business Civility says, “The Global Day of Productive Business Civility is a day where individuals, businesses, organizations, institutions, countries, and governments alike across the globe focus on practices that promote productive business.”

Productive Business Civility is founded on the principle that people treatment is God’s concern.

All people were created in the image and likeness of God and are valuable to God. Productive Business Civility is the new paradigm for Business Civility in action. This is where business and people are of equal value. The concept of Productive Business Civility is that we are all equal in time but separated by how we produce in it. The most powerful commodity and currency for business is the value of people, their ideas, and solutions.

The three pillars of Productive Business Civility are kindness, respect, and internal/external synergy. Proper civility in the workplace saves millions of dollars in performance and productivity.  Civility is the engine that drives our world and productivity is a methodical way of thinking that eliminates excuses, distractions, and duplicative thinking. Productive Business Civility maintains order, structure and discipline wherever it is implemented. Practicing this way of thinking enables the user to produce at optimal levels while creating a productive environment with solutions.

The philosophy encompasses all industries and environments to include, but not limited to business, education, religion, and governments. The concept of Productive Business Civility is ingenuity, innovation, and productive influence.

It is celebrated by intentionally engaging in productive business practices in a way that maximizes relationships, collaboration, and partnerships that produce economic development, community engagement, and civility. I welcome everyone to join the Global Productive Business Civility movement by participating annually on June 13th in productive business practices with your friends, family, colleagues and more.

Our international platform focuses on establishing effective relationships to help people understand the value of life and civility as a basic human right. “How people treat human currency will determine our pathway forward as a world” says Professor Vernet A. Joseph, iChange Nations™ Global Business Statesmen & Founder of Productive Business Civility.
