Camp Humphreys Cub Scouts, family and friends had a wet and wild time Saturday at the Rain Gutter regatta. Each Cub Scout built a small craft with sail and raced it. The catch, they could not touch the boat once it was in the water and powered it by blowing though a straw. Winners received trophies at the end of the event.
