Productive Business Civility™ and I Change Nations™ partnered to recognize the extraordinary achievements of women from around the world.

Every year on March 17th I Change Nations™ and Productive Business Civility™ will highlight the accomplishments of women worldwide. Bringing to light the accomplishment and achievements of women pioneers will shift the future paradigm for future generations to come. We stand with women and believe in Civility For All!

WHEREAS, March 17th, I Change Nations™ and Productive Business Civility™ established Productive Business Global Women's History Day. A special Global Proclamation is issued every year which honors the extraordinary achievements of women from around the world;

WHEREAS, we appreciate you as a driving voice and force in your local and global communities; 
WHEREAS, Globally women are living beyond limitations. Nothing can stop you as you are destined to break glass ceiling and dominate in your respective industries;
WHEREAS, I Change Nations and Productive Business Civility calls upon its global citizens to join in celebrating the tremendous accomplishments of women globally and thank them for their service; NOW, THEREFORE, We, Sir Clyde Rivers and Dr. Vernet A. Joseph, do hereby recognize March 17th as PRODUCTIVE BUSINESS GLOBAL WOMEN’S HISTORY DAY in our global network, and we call this observance to the attention of all global citizens.

In 2017 International Spokesman for World Civility Ambassador Dr. Clyde Rivers was appointed as International Board Chairman of OPAD. Dr. Rivers was given the Title of Don/Sir Dr. Clyde Rivers as he was Knighted into the original Kingdom of Guatemala, and the great city of La Antigua the first city established by the Spanish Monarchy. President Pierre Nkurunziza and Special Advisor to President Pierre Nkurunziza, President of Republic of Burundi Africa.
