The Post Office on Camp Humphreys unveils its new Retail Systems Software (RSS). The RSS system replaces the old Point of Sale One software.

Humphreys is the first U.S. Army location in Korea to receive the upgrade. The RSS will provide customers with “fully itemized receipts listing delivery addresses as well as tracking numbers,” said Tony Spencer, the Area III postal superintendent.

This coupled with the reduced service times will result in shorter visits to the Post Office for customers. The older system required postal employees to issue hand-written receipts for packages.
