This course is designed for WO1s, Lieutenants and Pre-Command Captains who may be involved in the daily operations of Company Commander, Executive Officer, Maintenance Officer, and Platoon Leader. The course consists of sustainment readiness fundamentals to create confident 8th Army leaders with a solid foundation. This course includes information taught in the Supply Managers and Maintenance Managers courses.
