An image of President Moon Jae-in was used erroneously by a Turkish TV station as the suspect in a murder case.

According to Yonhap News, ShowTV in Turkey used the image of the president to represent a murder suspect who had killed a Filipino maid on February 25th.

The photo, along with Ivanka Trump which was taken at the PyeongChang Winter Games, described the two as “a millionaire businessman and his wife”.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has demanded repeatedly that the station apologize though the broadcaster has yet to do so.

It has, however, deleted the video from its site after Korean viewers in Ankara had reported it to the embassy.
