USAF and RoKAF conduct base recovery training

U.S. Air Force and Republic of Korea air force firefighters respond to a simulated aircraft fire during joint base recovery training at Gimhae Air Base, RoK, April 4, 2018. The training was held between U.S. and RoK forces to improve communications and their ability to operate in a joint environment. The members conducted an airfield damage assessment, rapid airfield damage repair, a render safe procedure, and responded to simulated fires.
