U.S. Army Garrison Daegu invited dozens of Chilgok County officials, community leaders, Korean Army officers and local Korean friends and neighbors to the Garrison’s Chuseok Holiday Reception at El Guerrero’s restaurant on Camp Carroll Sept. 20.

USAG Daegu Commander Col. Edward Ballanco hosted the event with support from Command Sgt. Maj. Alan Cline and Deputy to the Garrison Commander Raymond Myers.

The Garrison leadership spent quality time with their Korean neighbors and friends in a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere, demonstrating their commitment to a continued strong, unwavering Korean-U.S. Alliance in Area IV.

A Korean traditional instrumental performance provided a special ambiance to the event, and the Commanding General of the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, Brig. Gen. Mark T. Simerly, was also in attendance.
