Today’s phrase is "geon-gang jal chaenggiseyo.” 

When you want to tell someone “Please take care of yourself”, you can say geon-gang jal chaenggiseyo.

If you want to say “take care” as a goodbye to someone, you can also use this. mom josimhaseyo.

“Please take care of yourself.” 
= 건강 잘 챙기세요. geon-gang jal chaenggiseyo (formal) 
(건강 = health, 잘 챙기세요 jal chaenggiseyo = take good care of ) 

“Take care.” = 몸 조심하세요. mom josimhaseyo (formal)
( mom = body, 조심하세요 josimhaseyo = be careful)
