CAMP HENRY, Republic of Korea -- The United States and the Republic of Korea tested their crisis management skills during Exercise Key Resolve conducted March 2-6.

Key Resolve is a computer assisted exercise conducted annually by U.S. Forces Korea and Combined Forces Command. The theater-wide exercise is designed to prepare the ROK against foreign aggression while sharpening combat readiness and improving interoperability.

The 403rd Army Field Support Brigade's participation in KR15 focused on issues associated with logistics support to wartime military operations, noncombatant evacuation operations; reception, staging, onward movement and integration; theater sustainment and supporting the Counter-Fire Task Force.

"Twenty-four hour operations utilizing the brigade's Operations Information Center provided an outstanding training environment for our augmentation personnel and increased their knowledge of how the 403rd AFSB supports the warfighter," said Stan Wojtonik, S-2 security manager, 403rd AFSB.

The 403rd AFSB called forward 33 augmentation personnel from Headquarters, Army Reserve Sustainment Command, Birmingham, Alabama, the Army Strategic Logistics Activity -- Charleston, South Carolina, and the Army Sustainment Command's Logistics Civil Augmentation Program at Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois.

"I had a good experience working with the Reserve augmentees from all over America," said KATUSA Cpl. Ho Jin-Lee. "Building partnerships and good working experiences with teammates from within the AMC family [is very important]."
