The city of Busan and the Busan Tourism Organization will host the Busan Gourmet Selection from November 11 to December 31.

The event brings together Michelin Guide–listed restaurants in Busan and local dining spots to create new collaborative dishes and reinterpret signature menus.

A total of 30 restaurants will participate, with the first round featuring 13 Michelin Guide establishments such as Palette, Mori, Piotto, Jeongjitgan, and Shunsai Kubo, along with five local favorites including Clima and Uminam Centum.

The second list of participants will be revealed at the end of November through the city’s and Visit Busan’s official Instagram accounts.

The new collaborative menus will be available at the participating restaurants and at the Christmas Village at the Busan Cinema Center from November 27 to December 25.

The winter festival will offer a mix of dining, performances, markets, and cultural experiences for citizens and visitors.

A special event will be held on November 15, featuring celebrity chef Oh Se-deuk in collaboration with Geumson 1983, a Suyeong-gu restaurant specializing in chicken course meals, presenting a creative culinary performance using seasonal Busan ingredients.

The city also continues to expand its culinary tourism initiatives, including temple food programs at Samgwangsa and Naewonsa temples and collaborations like The Charity Gala at Park Hyatt Busan, which showcased Michelin-starred restaurants and donated proceeds to local causes.
