As winter settles in, several restaurants, cafés, and hotel lounges around Busan are rolling out new seasonal menus, from seafood comfort dishes to dessert-focused spreads and winter-style drinks.
Here are a few notable additions around the city.
At the Lotte Hotel Busan Lounge & Bar in Seomyeon, the hotel’s annual Strawberry Dessert Buffet has returned, featuring strawberry tarts, mousse cakes, chocolate-pairing pastries, and a seasonal afternoon tea set available through spring.
In Haeundae, The Bay 101 Kitchen has added winter seafood platters and a creamy clam chowder bowl suited for colder evenings, while nearby Casa Corona Rooftop Lounge is offering grilled shrimp plates and ocean-view hot cocktails for sunset dining.
Along Gwangalli Beach, Fishtival has introduced a seasonal oyster pasta and butter-grilled scallop platter, while Beached Café is serving spiced hazelnut lattes and a new dark chocolate tart as part of its winter bakery lineup.
In Jeonpo Café Street, Cafe C.U.M. has rolled out a limited-time roasted-walnut latte and cinnamon milk tea, and Butter Lane is featuring a winter lemon pound cake and caramel brioche loaf for dine-in or takeaway.
Busan’s brewery scene is also leaning into winter flavors. Galmegi Brewing has released a seasonal stout with cocoa notes at select taprooms, while Wild Wave Brewing in Gijang is pouring a winter ale paired with its house pizza and sharing platters.
Across the city, the seasonal theme is consistently warm, comforting, and slightly indulgent dishes designed for the colder months, with more winter menus expected to roll out through February.
