Passengers traveling through Busan Station will soon be able to pick up coffee and baked goods without waiting in line, as Korail expands its mobile pre-order service nationwide.
The KorailTalk app will roll out its “Coffee & Bread” pre-order feature to 15 stations starting April 8, allowing users to order food in advance and collect it at a selected time before boarding.
The service is part of Korail’s broader MaaS (Mobility as a Service) platform, designed to streamline the travel experience.
Previously available at major stations such as Seoul, Gwangmyeong, Daejeon, and Ulsan, the service has now been extended to include Busan and 10 additional stations, bringing the total to 17 participating outlets.
Users can place orders directly through the app by selecting their station, store, and pickup time, then completing payment in advance.
The system is intended to reduce wait times, particularly for passengers making quick transfers or boarding tight schedules.
The service was first introduced in March 2025 and recorded over 10,000 orders in its first year, prompting the expansion.
Korail is also running a limited-time promotion through the end of the month, offering a 20% discount on orders over 10,000 won to mark the 22nd anniversary of KTX operations.
