Dongwon F&B will raise prices on several of its products beginning September 1, including its popular canned tuna products.

The company announced Tuesday that prices for Dongwon Tuna and other canned tuna products will increase by an average of 9%.

Prices for selected beverages, including Yangban Omija Tea, will also rise by around 9–10%.

The company cited higher production costs as the main reason for the increases, pointing to elevated oil prices, unfavorable exchange rates and rising packaging and other material costs.
