Hotel Nongshim Korean restaurant Naedang offers limited-time premium summer set

Hotel Nongshim is inviting diners to enjoy its limited-time summer set menu at Naedang, the hotel’s signature Korean restaurant.

Available through August 31, the seasonal menu pairs abalone gamtae noodles with grilled Korean beef short ribs, offering guests a premium dining experience featuring fresh summer ingredients.

Priced at 66,000 won per person won, the set includes a choice of cold broth or spicy mixed gamtae noodles, alongside a variety of Korean dishes including seasonal porridge, smoked salmon salad, sliced abalone sashimi, grilled Korean beef short ribs, whole abalone, beef brisket, sorak rice, arugula, pickled vegetables, seasoned ray salad, kimchi, traditional tea, and dessert.

Naedang is known for its refined Korean cuisine and tranquil garden setting, making it one of Hotel Nongshim’s signature dining destinations.
