A seasonal dining program inspired by southern Italy is currently being presented at the Italian grill “La Scala” inside Paradise Hotel Busan.

Titled Primavera a Napoli, the set menu draws on the flavors and ingredients commonly associated with Naples during the spring season.

The offering includes a combination of dishes built around lighter, seasonal elements. A spring vegetable salad and fried cuttlefish are served alongside a classic margherita pizza, known for its simple use of tomato, mozzarella, and basil. A linguine pasta dish completes the set, reflecting traditional Italian preparation styles.

The menu aims to highlight freshness and balance rather than heavy or elaborate compositions. The use of basil and other herbs is intended to evoke a Mediterranean profile consistent with Neapolitan cuisine.

The set is priced at 120,000 won for two people and is available through April 30.
