The Jeonpo Tool Street Non-Alcohol Festival will take place from November 7 to 9, marking the finale of the 2025 Busan Sale Festa series.
The three-day event will take place along Jeonpo Tool Street in Seojeon-ro 37beon-gil, Busanjin District, aiming to revitalize the area’s small business network and establish a foundation for sustainable urban growth.
The festival was designed in response to reduced foot traffic in the area following the closure of the NC Department Store.
Under the theme “A Taste Party Without Alcohol,” the festival promotes a healthy and creative lifestyle through interactive programs, including a non-alcohol lounge, DJ and busking performances, and sales of non-alcohol signature menus at participating shops.
The “09 Market” will feature a vintage market, merchant bazaar, and local product pop-up shops, while the “Discovery of 09” Pop-Up Zone will transform vacant stores into creative spaces where visitors can design and customize their own goods.
Visitors can also enjoy a variety of discounts and participation perks, including up to 50% off sale coupons, the Gonggu (09) Pass, and a random gift box drop event.
This marks the fourth and final installment of this year’s Busan Sale Festa, following the SuBi BEXCO Market in June, Busan University Reboot Project in September, and Junggwan Dolphin Street Opening Festa in October.
