Kim’s Rice makes perfect Picnic Kimbap

It’s once again the season to grab a six-pack or a bottle of wine and head to the Han River for a lazy weekend to enjoy the nice weather riverside. If you’re tired of the standard fried chicken, sausages and potato chips, Kim’s Rice by Yeoido Station offers healthy and freshly-prepared kimbab perfect for picnics. The eight kinds of kimbap range from KRW 3,000 – 5,000 won and can be had with special ingredients like salmon (5,000), cream cheese (3,500) and even natto, fermented Japanese soybean (4,500).

Although higher-priced than average kimbap, it’s a great value lunch considering the quality and freshness of the fillings and the cute brown lunch box packaging. Kim’s Rice is located by exit 6 of Yeoido Station inside the 아이렉스 building.
