A three-day coffee festival will take place in Yeongdo district this weekend, bringing together coffee culture, local vendors, and outdoor programming along the waterfront.

The 2026 Global Yeongdo Coffee Festival is scheduled for May 15 to 17 at Amir Park, located near the National Oceanographic Museum. The event will run from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and until 6 p.m. on Sunday.

The festival will highlight a mix of local and international coffee offerings, with booths, tastings, and related experiences set against Yeongdo’s coastal setting.

As the area continues to develop a reputation for its growing café scene, the event aims to position Yeongdo as a destination for coffee-focused tourism and leisure.

Held outdoors, the festival will combine food, drink, and open-air activities, drawing both residents and visitors looking to explore Busan’s evolving coffee culture in a relaxed setting.

About 150 booths from 80 companies are expected to participate.
