La Seine, located on the fifth floor of Lotte Hotel Seomyeon, will offer a limited-edition European summer menu throughout June, featuring a selection of seasonal dishes created by Italian Executive Chef Sebastiano and Pierre Gagnaire Seoul Executive Chef Frédéric Hérier.
The special dining promotion highlights a range of European-inspired dishes designed for the summer season.
Featured menu items include Gnocchi alla Nerano, Pork Tenderloin with Truffle, Salmon Wellington, Cold Capellini Salad with Genoa crème pesto, Balsamic Tomato with Pea Purée, Cod Brandade, Avignon-style Beef Roll and Chicken Ballotine.
The event runs from June 1 through 30.
