Lotte Hotel Busan is offering a limited-time summer menu at its 43rd-floor Korean restaurant, Mugunghwa, featuring traditional dishes commonly enjoyed in Korea during the hottest months of the year.
Available through August 17, the seasonal menu centers on samgyetang, a ginseng chicken soup widely regarded as a summer health food.
Diners can choose between an abalone and astragalus samgyetang priced at 95,000 won or a black chicken and abalone samgyetang priced at 115,000 won.
Both set menus also include chilled seafood mulhoe, black sesame and mung bean porridge, grilled eel, rice with side dishes, and dessert.
