McDonald’s Korea has rolled out a new set of seasonal menu items centered on seafood and wasabi flavors, marking its latest limited-time offering for the warmer months.

The lineup includes two burgers: a Wasabi Crab Cream Croquette Burger and a Wasabi Shrimp Beef Burger.

Both items incorporate a wasabi-based tartar sauce, paired with seafood elements intended to reflect lighter, summer-oriented menu trends.

The crab croquette version features a fried patty filled with cream-based crab mixture, combined with a standard beef patty, vegetables, and sauce.

The shrimp beef option uses a shrimp patty alongside beef, with a similar combination of lettuce, tomato, and wasabi sauce.

Seasonal menu rotations have become a regular strategy for fast food chains in Korea, often introducing regionally tailored flavors or ingredients tied to specific times of year as seafood-focused items, in particular, tend to appear more frequently heading into summer.
