Momos Coffee will continue operating the café at Domoheon, Busan’s former mayoral residence turned cultural space, after being selected for a new two-year term.

The local coffee company was chosen following a competitive bidding process that began in July. Momos has operated the café since Domohun opened to the public in September 2024.

Under the new agreement, Momos will continue using the café on the first floor of the main building and its outdoor terrace through August 31, 2028.

Domoheon has attracted 588,806 visitors since opening, including 119,118 in 2024 and 293,257 last year.

Another 176,431 had visited as of September 1 this year.

Momos plans to introduce specialty coffees available exclusively at the Domoheon location and hold coffee-related events over the next two years.

The Busan-based roaster has become one of the city’s best-known specialty coffee brands.
