Korean restaurant Nae Dang at Hotel Nongshim has introduced a new nine-course traditional set meal, offering a modern take on the classic royal-style Korean dining experience.
Priced at 50,000 won per person, the set highlights a balance of textures and flavors through a variety of dishes rooted in local ingredients and seasonal produce.
The menu includes a selection of appetizers such as abalone porridge, romaine salad, cold cucumber vegetables, grilled abalone, stir-fried seafood, and soft tofu with soy sauce.
The main dishes feature LA-style short ribs served with vegetable wraps, assorted side dishes, and a seafood soybean paste stew.
The meal concludes with rice, three varieties of side dishes, a seasonal fish dish, dessert, and traditional Korean tea.
Meals must be ordered for at least two people and cannot be combined with other discounts. The menu is available only in limited quantities during weekday lunch service.
