Seoul has delivered a strong showing on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026 list, placing six restaurants in the Top 50 and reinforcing its status as one of Asia’s leading culinary capitals.
According to the official rankings, the Seoul entries are:
Mingles – 4
Onjium – 14
Eatanic Garden – 26
Mosu – 41
Bium – 43
7th Door – 49
Leading the pack is Mingles at number 4, marking one of the highest rankings ever achieved by a Korean restaurant and highlighting the global appeal of modern Korean cuisine.
Onjium continues to gain recognition for its deep-rooted, research-driven approach to traditional flavors, while Eatanic Garden represents a newer generation of chefs pushing creative boundaries.
Further down the list, Mosu maintains its reputation for refined, technique-driven dining, while Bium and 7th Door showcase the diversity of Seoul’s culinary scene, from contemporary interpretations to fermentation-focused cuisine.
With six entries across the Top 50, Seoul stands shoulder-to-shoulder with Asia’s top food cities, demonstrating both depth and quality.
Hong Kong’s “The Chairma” and “Wing” took the top two spots, while Bangkok’s “Gaggan” ranked third.
