Signiel Busan is introducing a limited-time culinary promotion in collaboration with Meat & Livestock Australia, highlighting Australian beef and lamb across a range of international dishes.

The special menu will be available from the 23rd through the end of next month at the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, The View.

During the promotion period, guests can sample 14 different dishes prepared with Australian beef and lamb, spanning Korean, Chinese, and Western cuisines.

Featured items include grilled lamb chops, ribeye steak preparations, beef ragù pasta, brisket jjambbong, braised short ribs, and beef sushi. The selection is designed to offer familiar flavors alongside more premium cuts.

A wine pairing option will also be offered to complement the menu.

Two selections from the Australian winery Penfolds will be available for 70,000 won, including tax and service charge, while Mollydooker’s “The Boxer” will be priced at 100,000 won.
