Subway Korea has introduced a new lineup of salad menu options, expanding choices for customers seeking lighter meal alternatives.
The new collection features 10 salad varieties built around some of Subway’s popular sandwich ingredients, including steak, shrimp, chicken, tuna, bacon, avocado, and egg-based combinations. The salads are served without bread and can be customized with vegetables and dressings.
Among the new menu items are Steak & Cheese Salad, Shrimp Avocado Salad, Rotisserie Chicken Caesar Salad, Rotisserie Chicken Taco Salad, Smoky Avocado Taco Salad, Roast Chicken Bacon Salad, Egg Mayo Bacon Salad, Tuna Avocado Salad, and a simple Green Salad.
Subway is also introducing a grain topping option that combines quinoa, oat groats, and red rice. Customers can add the topping to any salad for an additional charge.
To complement the new menu, the company has launched a low-calorie Italian dressing made with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and the dressing is designed to pair with a variety of salad ingredients while offering a lighter alternative to traditional dressings.
