Subway Korea has unveiled its seasonal Lobster Collection, featuring sandwiches that highlight chilled lobster meat and seafood ingredients.

The lineup includes two main options: the Lobster Sandwich and the Lobster & Shrimp Sandwich. Both are built on Subway’s standard bread and vegetable combinations but incorporate seafood toppings not typically found on the regular menu.

The Lobster Sandwich is made with a blend of lobster meat and vegetables, aiming to offer a texture and flavor reminiscent of a traditional lobster roll. It includes shredded lobster mixed with a creamy-style base, paired with lettuce and fresh produce. The sandwich leans toward a mild flavor profile, relying on the natural sweetness of the lobster filling.

The Lobster & Shrimp Sandwich adds whole shrimp to the lobster mixture, creating a more layered seafood experience. The addition of shrimp gives the sandwich a firmer bite and slightly richer taste compared to the basic lobster version.

Like other Subway items, customers can personalize sauces and toppings, which can significantly change the overall balance of flavor.

According to Subway’s seasonal materials, the sandwiches are designed to be enjoyed with lighter sauces that do not overpower the seafood, such as lemon-based dressings or basic mayonnaise, though customers have full flexibility in customizing their orders.

The winter promotion also includes themed packaging and limited-edition items, but the core focus remains on offering a seafood-based option during a period when warm, rich ingredients are popular.

The Lobster Collection is available for a limited time, varying by store depending on ingredient supply.
