Air Busan to begin charging for in-flight meals services in April
Air Busan has said that it will begin charging in-flight meal services starting from April of this year.
Prior to the upcoming change, in-flight meal services have been provided at free of charge, as part of the airline’s complimentary perks for international routes that fly longer than two and half hours.
An official from the carrier said that the passengers who have booked their flights after the 20th of last month have already agreed to pay for their own in-flight meals.
For the passengers who have booked their flights before the 20th of last month, Air Busan is reviewing measures including providing free meals to those passengers or granting meal tickets at a lounge at the airport.
Air Busan added that options for in-flight meals will increase from 7 to 10
