51st MSG welcomes new commander

U.S. Air Force Col. John Gonzales, 51st Fighter Wing commander, presents Col. Kevin Mantovoni, outgoing 51st Mission Support Group commander, with a Legion of Merit decoration during a change of command ceremony, June 18, 2020, at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. The Legion of Merit is granted to officers and enlisted service members of the United States and to nationals of other countries who have distinguished themselves by exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services.
