Phillbert Chang, 621st Air Control Squadron command and control system integration officer in charge, uses a Tactical Operations Center Expeditionary computer system to monitor pilots during takeoff for a joint training exercise at Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Oct. 28, 2025.
