U.S. Air Force 1st Lt. Phillbert Chang, 621st Air Control Squadron command and control system integration officer in charge, uses a Tactical Operations Center Expeditionary computer system to monitor pilots during takeoff for a joint training exercise at Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Oct. 28, 2025. This mobile command and control center allows Airmen to provide overall direction for airborne assets, mainly prioritizing weapons, sensors and fuels so fighter aircraft can achieve the commander’s intent.
