OSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- U.S. Air Force Col. Yesun Yoon, 51st Mission Support Group incoming commander, accepts command of the 51st MSG from Col. Ryan Ley, 51st Fighter Wing commander, during a change of command ceremony at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, July 24, 2026. Prior to taking command, Yoon served as a Foreign Area Officer in Northeast Asia and Air Force Liaison Officer to the ROK Air Force Operations Command at Osan.
