‘Dadaepo Sunset Fountain of Dreams’ Music Show April 20 - Oct. 31
One of Busan’s biggest tourist attraction draws returns for another year beginning this Saturday, April 20.
The Dadaepo Sunset Fountain of Dreams will officially open with an opening ceremony at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, the 20th. The fountain is scheduled to operate until October 31st.
From Tuesday to Sunday every week during the operational period, visitors can enjoy playing in the fountain and also night music fountain shows.
The fountain will be closed on Monday’s.
The music selection for the night shows will consist of hundreds of songs ranging from 5 genres including classical and pop.
Among the selected songs are those for special anniversaries, wedding proposals and birthdays, and popular music among foreign tourists and multicultural families.
The first portion of the Sunset Fountain, the world’s largest ground fountain, was opened in 2009 and attracts more than 1 million visitors every year.

Weekdays (Tue. – Fri.) 7:30 pm (20 minutes)
Weekends & Holidays 7:30pm (20 minutes), 8:30pm (20 minutes)
Summer (May-August)
Weekdays (Tue. – Fri.) 8:00 pm (20 minutes)
Weekends & Holidays 8:00pm (20 minutes), 9:00pm (20 minutes)
(end of July – end of August) Weekdays (Tue. – Fri.) 8:00 pm, 9:00 pm)
In-Ground Fountain Operation
Operation Times: Six times daily for 20 minutes (11:00 am, 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm, one time after the night musical fountain show)
The in-ground fountain will operate for 10 minutes after the night musical fountain show. There will be only one operation after the first-night musical fountain show during the weekends and holidays.
The fountain will also operate after the night musical fountain show every day for 20 minutes at a time.
No show on Mondays.
Note: The Fountain Schedule is subject to change depending on special events, required maintenance work, weather conditions, etc.
How to get there: Take Metro Line No. 1 to Dadaepo Beach Station then leave by Exit No. 4
